| This started happening to me also...I had to do a FORCED DOWNLOAD....until I just figured out the solution:
Go to OPTIONS, QUEUE:
The second setting down...it says...Max Active Torrents - New Torrents... |

Go to VUZE OPTIONS, MODE, ADVANCED, CONNECTION, ADVANCED NETWORK SETTINGS, scroll to bottom, then:
UNCHECK "Enable IP6 support"
and
UNCHECK "Prefer IPv6 addresses.... |

To SHOW Download/upload graphs:
Be sure toolbar is showing --> VIEW, TOOLBAR is checked...then Right Click toolbar
and select PLUG-IN BAR.
If PLUGIN BAR doesnt appear, do this... |
