Currently on utilzing vuze 5.5.0 on a win 7 machine. I download my torrents via rssfeedscanner. The download directory is on a drobo attached to my imac. This has been working fine for quite some time...

generally if you want to obscure your traffic something like a VPN or a proxy is required. I personally use a VPN. EDIT: and that's pretty much the only way that your isp can't know what you're doing...
