My Vuze Plus service has just expired (24th April), I have had this on auto renewal for 6 years but my card payment details provided have recently changed. I didn't know how to advise on this and so the new activation has not occurred. Can you please advise how I can provide new card details to you so I can use Vuze Plus again? I wish to continue with my yearly service and not monthly which I see you offer now.Can you please help?My recent activation code (expired) is : Q854T-5K5K2-RZ4E2-HP3MGSee details below that I have in regards to the payment that was due to be processed yesterday.Automatic payment ID: I-1AU0BHXFTTE0
Invoice number: K5JAL-GXXMT-Y5UQ6-5XSHGI noticed that I usually pay via a PayPal account so I am not sure that if I change the details in PayPal then you will be able to process it but I received another email saying you have canceled my automatic payments completely.Rgds

I am getting this from the PIA helper app in Vuze: Could not get Forwarding Port. Set user/pass in plugin config. It won't let me set a user or password.

Vuze Plus Support |

Is Vuze Plus Support no longer working? I've attempted to get support twice, and both times have received no response from Vuze. This means that I not only did not get a response for my questions, but I did not get a verification message either.
Any help to figure out how to get the support I've already paid for would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Shutting down Vuze in order to not get "Vuze did not shutdown cleanly" |

I usually close Azureus using file>exit when I want to reboot, shutdown. However I have now got a UPS because I want to run a raid10 on my motherboard with write caching enabled for performance reasons. I tested the shutdown signal and the OS shutsdown and I don't think there is any data corruption but I get that warning in the bottom right.
I was looking in the wiki and there is a page (https://wiki.vuze.com/w/JavaScript) that seems relevant but I'm not versed in writing programs in any language; and its suggests a script. This script would just need to be sent by my shutdown software (I think I can just about handle that side of things), and then a delay inbetween sending the script and actually initiating shutdown should be doable in Eaton's Intelligent Power Protector software.
Also this forums backend is not configured correctly, firefox warns of the site being potentially dangerous because its out of date, and this has been the case since at least 2019 (although fire mentioned 2018).

Download Speed on Vuze Icon in Dock - Mac |

Hi all - I've just come back to Vuze after a bit of time away and I'd forgotten how great it is!
The one thing I can't work out is how to see the download speed on the icon in the dock.
I think once upon a time I had to download a plugin to get that working, can anyone point me in the right direction?
I'm using Catalina and Vuze 5.7.6
Thanks!

Vuze/Win won't launch |

FRIGGIN WEIRD.
Without my changing anything, after a few hours I was able to launch Vuze. It recognized all my torrents, then froze and crashed.
Now it's again unresponsive.
===original post:===
I had a stable installation of Vuze until a standard reboot using recent version of Win10.
Since then clicking on Azureus.exe does nothing. No sign of response. The program doesn't show in Task Manager
I've installed latest 32 & 64-bit java.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Vuze. Still nothing.
I've tried running Azureus.exe as an admin.
Other programs (Word, Chrome, Firefox, VLC, etc.) all run fine.
x\Program Files (x86)\Vuze directory shows as Read Only. I've tried to change that, but it always reverts. Anyway, other program directories are also Read Only, but they run fine.
I'd be grateful for any help!
TIA!
