  Torrent stopping and starting

I have never had this problem before and I haven't had any difficulties with any torrents I've downloaded since (concurrently).

I've been downloading a 60+GB torrent for a few weeks now.  A seed rarely pops up but peers who have different sections of the torrent come and go often enough for me to keep trying.  The problem is that it keeps stopping and starting for no apparent reason even when I'm connected to the peers who have the bits I want.  Vuze also shows that these peers are choking me as well as being choked by me even when I have pieces they don't.  I must say I find it all quite frustrating.

  How to subscribe to a particular uploader

I want to subscribe to all uploads for a couple of uploaders such as EZTV and ETTV.  I cannot figure out how to do it now although in the past it had worked for me and I cannot remember.

  Remote for Windows?

On my Android tablet, I can simply click a torrent link and it will automatically load the torrent into the remote app which sends it over to the server. Is there a similar way of doing things on Windows? Having to save the torrent or copy the link and open the website interface is annoying :P

  Update to 5.4.0.0

I responded to the prompt to update to 5.4.0.0.
I selected Custom and removed the selections for changing my home page etc etc.
After somewhile the update finished and closed all my Firefox windows!
Having restarted Firefox it now blocks me from entering google.co.uk and Gmail!
I don't know what the Vuze update was doing with my Firefox browser anyway or why I am now blocked from these regular websites!
Can anyone tell me what might be going on?

  Network not enabled for url???

So a week ago everything was working fine, today I cant download anything not even links I know are working. It seems to have happened after the latest update to vuze. I do use a VPN and maybe its something with the settings for it on the old version to the new version messed it up? Does anybody know how to reset all settings to defaults so I can see if that gets me up and going. 

Also any other suggestions to try would be great. Ive even tried the ubuntu torrent download to make sure it wasnt just a major tracker issue at the time but it isnt working neither.

  Trying to find IP to check Proxy

  Mac Update 10.9.4

I can not download anything after Mac update 10.9.4, I can search through the browser in Vuze, select the Torrent I want to use (kickasstorrents, piratebay, etc.), it takes me to the site correctly. But then where the download buttons used to be by the desired content, they are now gone. I have unistalled Vuze, reinstalled, same issue. Anyone have any advice??
