Full Version: Invalid Files / Transcode Failures

I am having problems burning MP4 files with Vuze Plus. Either the files disappear after I have loaded a name for the DVD or the burn process starts (very briefly) before failing with the message 'Video files invalid / Transcodes failed'. This has happened with several different files so it is unlikely to be a 'one off'.
Secondly, how do I contact the Vuze Support Team directly? As I have paid a subscription I should have access to professional support.
