So I just wasted a half hour trying everything I could to get the friends tab to show the bottom so I could test out the decentralized chat. It cuts it off and there is no ability to scroll. No setting change seems to fix it so it must be a bug.
I'm on Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa 64bit using java version 1.8.0_66
