Also (you may be already aware of this) when I restarted computer this AM, prior to installing B09, Java prompted me to install an update (which I did).  I was hoping that the Java update may fix the "missing dialog".  It didn't.

Current (latest?) version on my computer:
Version 8, Update 60 (build 1.8.0_60-b27)

Installed B10.  Allowed Vuze to settle and begin activity.
Performed test several times.
Created Log.
Log submitted separately.
