When I deactivate a file it starts to reseed on it's own. I cant even remove it. The the second I turn it off it starts to turn it self back on!! The only way I can stop it is to close Vuze and move the file out of the Downloads folder. Anyone have any insight on this?? I am on a MacBook Pro running Yosemite 10.10.4

It honestly sounds like you have configured something incorrectly.  What that something is . . . I have no idea.

But are you using public torrents or private torrent sites?
