I have successfully trancoded files for my TiVo prior to today. However when I tried to trancode to both iTunes and Tivo I received the following error message for all the files."Analysis failed: Unexpected end of file from server.

Below is the information from "About Vuze":

Mac OS X v10.9.5, x86_64
