A link to a torrent file was wrong and this loops download of that torrent.
Also the systray operation bar animates in a loop.
(no other ill effects noted! downloading a new item works)
other small GUI bug: tooltips stay on forever if it's covered by some other program, but is still correctly removed as soon as Vuze gain focus. (classic UI)
