The only way I know of is to subscribe to a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service.
For a monthly or yearly fee the service gives you an application (Mac or PC) that provides an anonymous IP and encrypts all data from the VPN service to you. It's automatically decrypted by their app on your computer. The VPN cuts down your bandwidth a little bit, but your traffic is secure and you are anonymous.
