In previous versions of  Vuze you could right-click on an item in the library, and in the menu that appeared you could click on advanced and then set or unset the Super-Seeding status.

The menu has changed, and I can't find this setting now. Where has it gone?

Hmm, seems to have been lost in the reorganization. Until it is fixed you can get to it by enabling the Torrent menu

Tools->Options->Interface->Display: Show the Torrents Menu

Restart Vuze

Then select the download you want to change in the Library and instead of right-clicking to get the menu, go to the Torrent menu in the menu bar at the top.
