1) It would be much helpful in saving CPU/ Memory, if the Torrent Progress window is not appearing similar to "Tixati").

2) can an "untagged" option be avaliable in Tag Lists of My torrents side bar, similar to "üncategorised""

1) which progress window do you mean? The torrent-download window? There's an option to disable that (Tools->Options->Interface->Display: Suppress file download window
