Despite what the Wiki says, unchecking the "Enabled" checkbox on "IP Filters" in the "Privacy" tab does nothing. As soon as you click on anything else, the box re-checks itself.
This has been a problem for me, as the only seed on a torrent on a private tracker was sending just enough bad data to be banned. Since I knew the peer was absolutely good, I assumed there was some network or other issue causing the problem, and tried to disable IP filters for that torrent, but could not.
