I have some peers downloading/uploading from/to me.  Using PIA VPN with port forwarding and all Vuze tests pass.  Green smiley also and routing green.  When I watch the peers tab, I see several peers that show a state of Fully established.  I will see numerous peers suddenly show up, say, "connecting" and then drop.  Is there a way to tell what's happening with those peers?  I think I have everything configured to allow all peers in/out, so curious if these people are somehow blocking the connection.  Note since I'm going thru VPN I do not have any form of required encrypted transport turned on so the peers aren't being rejected or anything for that reason.  Thoughts?

Thanks.

Anyone?
Firstly, poor forum manners to bump your own post instead of using the edit button.  Smack your fingers.  lol

Secondly, you haven't stated what your peer numbers are set to:  Options > Transfer

or
what your seeding settings are: Options > Queue > Seeding > Auto Starting
                                                                                                         First Priority
                                                                                                         Ignore Rules

As you have appeared to rule-out your net connection route, then these Vuze settings are a good place to start your trouble-shooting.  If you can't decipher what they all mean, post back with some settings number and/or screenshots of those four groups of settings.
