This is my first post on any forum. I have been using vuze for almost 8 years now without any problems. Currenly using it on windows 10. Recently moved to a new ISP. Ever since we moved to the new ISP vuze is not connecting properly to download files.

if i use the hotspot from my phone the downloads go ahead as normal.

i have tried changing the TCP & UDP numbers to 50001 and then to 52025 and then to 50505.

i have tried almost everything possible to fix it, but have not been able to. i am getting a yellow face beside the downloads saying that it is most likely my nat issue.

this is the result from nat/server test:

Testing port TCP 50505 ...
NAT Error - Connection timed out (124.155.248.172:50505).

Testing port UDP 50505 ...
Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=5000)
Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=10000)
Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=15000)
    Sending completion event
NAT Error. Inbound test failed, timed out.

any help possible would be much appreaciated it. i am really struggling and do not really want to stop using vuze. :-)
Hi - Did you get any help on this one. I'm having exactly the same issue. Things i've tried
  • Changing the port numbers
    Restarting the router
Using a different VPN location even though internet access works fine
