Vuze Forums - Green Progress Bar Not Removed

The only way I can remove the green progress bar on the bottom is to click Remove Inactive Items. It does not matter if I have checked Automatically Remove Inactive Items or not. This used to work, but has been broken for several releases now. Short of a complete reinstall, is there a way to fix this?
