=== FIRST THING YOU SHOULD DO TO HELP FIX YOUR PLUS PROBLEMS ===
0)
Make sure you are running the very latest client version available from http://www.vuze.com, and that you've recently restarted the client, to ensure you have the very latest plugin versions:
Windows: http://cf1.vuze.com/files/plus/Vuze_Installer.exe
Mac OSX: http://cf1.vuze.com/files/plus/Vuze_Installer.dmg
1)
Go to the 'Options' - 'Logging' client configuration/preferences section, and check the topmost "Enable logging" checkbox
2)
Exit Vuze
3)
For Windows: Use the Start - Run box and enter %appdata%\Azureus\ in the field, then hit Enter
For MacOSX: In the Finder, browse to (username)/Library/Application Support/Vuze/ folder
4)
Delete the following folders under the 'plugins' directory: aeantivirus_v, aefeatman_v, azburn_v, vuzexcode
5)
Launch Vuze again, watch it re-install the Plus components, and then do whatever it is you normally do to reproduce your problem (so that we get logs of the action)
6)
If you are still having problems, generate a debug.zip file via the 'Help' menu - 'Generate Debug Info' item,
and submit the file to our support engineers via the form: http://www.vuze.com/plus/support/showcontact.php
Please be sure to submit the entire zip file, a detailed description of your problem , as well as the steps from #6 that you took are critical to even begin to help resolve your problem.
