won't download...HELP

in the bottom right hand corner of the vuze screen where it usually shows the download/upload speeds it says 0. Also there is no connectivity. i have restarted my internet and computer...it has to be on here. why is this like this!???

also i am stuck in queue most of the time. can anyone help me with this problem or tell me if they are having the same thing and how they fixed it?!
