video file not found

I think I have messed with some settings since the 57 update.Some of my downloads say:video file not found,and won't play.And other downloads play back.Plus I can't stream to my televisions.I have been racking my brain tring to figure it out what I've changed,but still lost.I tried system restore with no cure.Can someone point me in the right direction?
