unable to view downloads

Hi proberly a stupid question but I am new to using Vuze and have downloaded a few files but everytime they finish dowloading all I get is a heap of files with pictures or reviews etc, no movies to watch. Is there something else I need to do once downloaded or is there particular ways of identifying movie files to download??? Any help would be great :)
