tcp and udp

I recently had errors regarding downloads :"not authorized; too many seeding peers".  I ran the NAT/Firewall test and both my tcp and udp incoming ports failed.  I checked with my port forwarding and all ports are open.  Can I change the value of my tcp and udp listen ports? And I do that in just Vuze or where?  I really don't have a lot of time to spend on this so if anyone has a clear cheat sheet I will appreciate it.

What else am I missing?
