swarm option is gone

My swarm option is gone.  I ran the update and now I have no option to view swarms.  I did the tools, plug-ins, enable suggestion and it says swarms plug in is already installed yet its not there. I have no option to view swarms anywhere. I click on 'view' in program window and it no longer says swarm discoveries.  HELP please

So you checked the 'Enable swarm discoveries UI' box under the Swarm Discoveries plugin options?

Yes I did. It says swarm enabled yet I still dont have the option for swarm discoveries in program window.
