select audio track when converting for itunes

Hi,
i recently downloaded a movie file (mkv) with multiple audio tracks. if i open it in finder i can select from two audio languages. 
i now want to put it into iTunes to stream it to my apple TV, but it goes to english by default, it doesnt let me choose what language i want for the output file. i tried changing audio in the mp4 file in itunes but only 1 audio track was imported (english).
how do i tell vuze to use a specific audio track for conversion?

It -is- possible to choose which language gets transcoded, but you have to process the video prior to importing the video into Vuze.  Use mkvmerge to strip all audio tracks other than the one you want from the .mkv file.  To find out which audio track is the one you want, preview the video in VLC and check Tools > Codec Information.
