Unistall Vuze and java.  Go to Oracle and download the off-line installation pack and install both the x86 and x64 versions of Java 8.  Then re-install Vuze and try your luck.

i think i found the x64? just the 64bit version? but couldnt find anything that relates to x86.

Having issues with vuze not even opening after ive installed it and hoped this would help
thanks!

x64 as you have concluded relates to 64bit OS/applications and x86 is 32bit. Confused? not logical? nothing seems to be these days but the x86 notation stems right back to the early days of pc's when instruction sets were wirtten for the intel 8086 family of cpu's which evolved inth 8088, 80286 (also referred as i286), 80386 (i386), 80486 (i486), 80586 (i586, also known as "Pentium").

More info can be found on Wikipedia:    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X86

Hey folks, I uninstalled Vuze unintentionally.
Went onto their webpage, downloaded the installer and I get this log:

Suggest you start from scratch.  Uninstall both java and Vuze.  Preferable to use a third-party uninstaller which scans the registry and folders for left-overs!

Download the OFFLINE x64 Java package from here: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Download the OFFLINE x64 Vuze package from here:  http://sourceforge.net/projects/azureus/...Vuze_5620/

Install Java first, then Vuze.
