im having problems downloading it just reads (connection error (sslexception : fatal alert internal error) im getting this on both my laptop and pc
also said only 2 people online
can anyone help

Sounds as if whatever HTTPS URL you are using (for an RSS feed perhaps?) is misconfigured or dead.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Running Vuze which has always been fine and now can't download anything because of the SSLException noted in the original post above.
I'm on the latest incarnation of bitsoup for my torrents...
Anyone any ideas ?

I am having a similar or same proble.VUZE was working fine but now I get the following error when I try to download a torrent:download/5241325/':javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: internal_error

yes im havin same problem updated java - and vuze menu says Java 1.6.0_21 (64 bit)

Yup - for some reason Vuze is using an old Java version. You can find out where it is 'coming from' by doing the following
1) generate a 'debug.zip' by using the Help menu's last option to generate a diagnostic file - when doing so select the 'manual send' option.
2) open the debug.zip and extract the 'evidence.log' file
3) open evidence.log and search for the java.home= entry. For me this says
java.home=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_51\jre
Then you need to decide what to do with the old version - you could close Vuze and delete it, for example, see if that makes Vuze pick up the more recent one.

I deleted this one from evidence log java.home=c:\program files (x86)\vuze\jre still not helpin I reloaded vuze and its bak there

downloads have ground to trickle
recent chanegs:
upgraded the Java to 1.8 (still requesting I upgrade)
upgared to OSx Sierra
Any suggestions, many tx
