Can not change my listening ports, they keep going back to 8374 on their own.Any help please

Is it the VPN Helper plugin doing this? I believe it will attempt to set your listen port to the one that the VPN provider has configured for you.

Not sure how to tell....just updated my vpn a few days ago. around the time I updated  Vuse Plus.

ports aren't "slow", it is your VPN that is most likely slow...
