i have problem with installation VUZE in windows 10

Dear Support

i have windows 10 64bit
i try downlode the VUZE
but the problem it can't complet the installtion 
its just stop on this part

its just be like this without moving 

i also try to change the compatibility :

but the problem still same

i don't know how to fix this problem
