downloading problem

I recently downloaded Vuze after I got a new computer. I had used it on my old computer for several years and dowloaded hundreds of movies. Thise time, when I search for a movie and find one I want to download, I check that there are seeders and click to downloadit. Nothing happens except an empty downloading box. What's up? Please help. Is there any way to actually contact Vuze?
