download with active seeders get stuck at 99.9%

Hi guys,
so I've been having this problem for a few days now: some downloads with active seeders get stuck at 99.9%.
One of the files in the torrent gets stuck while all the other are completed. The time to finish goes down to 0 seconds then it starts over (from 3,5,8....minutes down to 0 again, then jumps back to 10 minutes or whatever!)
I've experienced 2-3 times already in the last few days. I have recentely updated my Mac book pro to OS 10.8.5 (Mountain Lion) and vuze is updated to V5.4.0.0/4 az3.
Any clues?

Yeah... fake seeders. When this happens check the Hash fails info and see if it increases. If so, you need to look for the peers that do that and ban them.
