connection/scrape error: could not generate dh keypair

Long time user and i have started getting the following connection or scrape errors:

Scrape Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair, Prime size must be multiple of 64, and can only range from 512 to 1024 (inclusive)

i have no idea what this means...whose problem it is or where to go for a solution. 

Please help me!!!
