the past 2 weeks I have been getting this message ,I have tried everything and I've been using vuze since 07.Anyone knows how to fix it?

That's not an error, it is just informing you that the tracker can return 'scrape' results (i.e. overall torrent state) for multiple torrents at the same time and therefore save bandwidth.

Yeah but torrents won't donload and the health remains red
