I've been using vuze plus for a few years with no problems. Downloaded about a week ago and all was fine. Tried to download 3 days ago and this message keeps popping up.
ERROR: I/O exception while initializing download of '''''''''''''' Java.net connect exception connection refused: connect
I've added nothing, or changed anything to the computer for quite awhile so unsure why this would happpen all of a sudden.
Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Java seems to be up to date and latest version.
