blurry file list

Hi. I'm using Vuze on an iMac with retina display, and the file list is very blurry. The sidebar and tops of the menus are pin sharp, but not the list. 

Does anyone have any idea how I might fix this?

I'm using Vuze on a 4K Windows 8.1 PC (3840x2160) with 200% scaling

The text size is better now, with B42, but still not big enough (doesn't appear to be the same size as the system text). My personlized cattegory buttons looks a bit smaller, and the columns titels still didn't scale (it's still looks too samll)
