access denied and can't find files

I'm having a lot of issues with Vuze and seem all around permissions.  This is a Windows 2012 R2 server and a domain admin is running Vuze on it.  I will have where say a 30 gig download gets 2/3 done or something and it will suddenly either say it can't find the files or access denied.  Those files are there.  Telling it to refind them finds them but still returns the same result on recheck.  Access denied errors no solve for short of deleting the torrent and starting over.  Any idea what's happening here?  The drive it's writing to is local to the server.

Did you happen to transfer the files from anywhere else before starting the torrent?
