What is /127.0.0.1?

Question 
Vuze v5.4.0.0 Warning Error as below:

Listen server socket on [/127.0.0.1:{TCP PORT}] does not appear to be accepting inbound connections.
[Connections refused: connect] Auto repairing listen service....

How to solve the above?

127.0.0.1 is your very same PC.

127.0.0.1 always means the PC you are seeing that IP address on

I know all my IPv4, IPv6, TCP and UDP connection, uTP port. So how to STOP seeing the same repeating error "Listen server socket on [/127.0.0.1:{TCP PORT}] does not appear to be accepting inbound connections. [Connections refused: connect] Auto repairing listen service...."What I want is how to solve the said problems to disapper. Thank you.

check your anti-virus/firewall software, it appears something is preventing connections to that port

At bottom right-corner of Vuze Apps, there is no other error except "Listen server socket on [/127.0.0.1:{TCP PORT}] does not appear to be accepting inbound connections. [Connections refused: connect] Auto repairing listen service...."

There is no blocking of firewall and/or anti-virus Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security.
