WIndows 10 Vuze Will Not Start
#1
So I am getting the dreaded This Application was unabel to start correctly (0xc000007b) error.  After some trouble shooting I am fairly certain it is due to the fact that I upgraded my JRE installion to jre1.8.0_112.  However, I can start Vuze by running the following at an elevated command line:

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_112\bin\java" -classpath Azureus2.jar;swt.jar org.gudy.azureus2.ui.swt.Main

I checked and I have two JREs installed one for 32 bit (1.8.0_77) and the 64 bit (1.8.0_112).  I have had both the 32 bit and 64 bit JREs installe for some time with no issue.  I do not see any CLASS_PATH in my environmental variables or any JREs (or any of the JDKs I have installed either) in the path and I am hesitant to put them there for fear of causing issues.  ANy hints as to what could be wrong?  Is there are configuration file for Vuze somewhere I can put the location of the Java executable?

Thanks,

Aseop

I just updated my 32-bit Windows 10 to java 1.8.0_112 and all worked fine. Could you be mixing a 32-bit version of Vuze and a 64-bit JRE somehow?
