Vuze will not open....doesn't do anything
#1
It was working fine, although the download speed was weird. It would peak and then bottom out, peak again and bottom out again and continue to do that for the entire download. Might have been my ip. Anyway Vuze kept showing me that an update was available. So I went ahead with the update. I guess it went fine. I didn't try Vuze after that. Then I noticed a weird green check mark down in my task bar. "malware protection live". I looked it up and saw that it wasn't a big deal but I still wanted it out of here. I didn't know what to do so I just did a system restore. Apparently that fixed it because I can't find it anywhere.

Just went to use Vuze and it wouldn't open. It didn't automatically open and it won't open when I click on it. I figured just to uninstall it and redo it. It won't uninstall either. Just like clicking on Vuze to open, when I click on uninstall from the folder or from my control panel>uninstall programs literally nothing happens. Nothing opens. Nothing happens.

So I checked java and it showed I didn't have it installed or didn't have the correct one. Not sure. Did the offline install. It said it downloaded. I can't find it. So I don't know what's going on.

Well you need a functioning java install to use Vuze.  You also have to have the right version of vuze and java.  They must be both 32 bit or 64 bit.  If they are mixed Vuze will not work.
