Vuze to go

Where can I get help for Vuze-To-Go?
Installation fails because the obligatory installer cant find the right disc.
There is no possibility to enter the installation-path manually.
Softonic refuses to be responsible.
Here (at Vuze) I cant find help!
What to do?
