Vuze not downloading

In the last few days Vuze has stopped downloading and 'Sources - Status' column keeps saying :

            Error: Offline - PRUDPPacketHandlerException: Transport unavailable, Address already in use

I am running El Capitan 10.11.2 and haven't changed this for a while, nor have I installed any firewall software. If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been having download issues for months now, and have searched for answers in the forum, with no results.  I'm NOT a techie so I am very limited in what I can do comfortably.  My question is WHY is Vuze not responding to the many requests for help????  You sell the service, and I think it is reasonable to expect help for the novice user isn't it?
Will you refund my subscription fee if I ask, since you r service is not being supplied????  I would really appreciate a reply.

My meta search will not work, have templates loaded but it does not search any of them (have been using for years with no dramas). 

I've tired the know issues post mentioned above and that still didn't work.

Please Help!!!

my vuze downloads have inexplicably stopped too, extremely frustrating, I have tried reconfiguring ports and connections and have tried multiple different things to get this to work, so far nothing is working I just get the red faces for things I am trying to download and blue faces for the things I have already downloaded and am trying to seed. I am paying for the Vuze plus version and am feeling like I wish I hadnt bothered now, if anyone has ANY ideas about how to sort this I would be most grateful
