After downloading the latest version 5.7.1.0  downloads cannot be connected. The only connections are those that are via the I2P network, no other peers or seeds will connect.

What error is being reported against the trackers for the downloads in the Sources tab?

Please go to Tools->Options->Transfer and see if 'max connections per torrent' is set to be 0 (unlimited). If so then change it to something large (e.g. 100000) as there is a bug in 5710 that is treating 0 as 0...
