Vuze and Windows 10
#1
On windows 7 Home Premium I was able to download Vuze by going thru OpenVPN. I have found out that is it no longer possible. Out of curousity I tried other VPN and Proxies and I was not able to have Vuze connect with the internet.
Does any one know when the issue will be resolve?
Thanks for the help.

I figured it out. The problem is Windows determined that the primary user is the Admin user but it does not modify 3rd party programs to make you administrator. Although you are the admin you will have to right-click and run as admin until Vuze patches that particular function because Microsoft WILL NOT fix this issue as they are against torrenting.

Read my last post as it should answer your question, it did resolve my problem and I did not have to change any settings. I just run Vuze as admin.

Greetings. Just switched to windows 10.
Two problems and don't know if they are related. Not finding any help after a lot of searching.
1. Cannot download. All files when starting -> error: failed to create parent directory.
2. Have tried to reinstall but fails: "no java. io." although I have java verified up to date.
3. yes a third. sorry. recent change. when I force start downloads I don't get the above error message but I get all frown faces and no peers connected so no downloads.
The error flag lower right says "Bind IPs not resloved, eth4" I don't know what to do with that.
Any help greatly appreciated.
