Hey there.
I reinstalled Windows recently.
I also reinstalled VUZE and started downloading torrents. Each torrent is showing an average of 10-100 seeders each. But for some reason the torrent allocates and says its downloading but it stays at 0.0%. Then it usually goes to the little infinity symbol.
I have tried different torrents, but the same result - nothing.
Anyone have any idea?
