Vuze Not Downloading

Hi 

I am trying to download a file and it isnt downloading it just stays on 0%. I have tried uninstalling vuze and reinstalling it. I have also left the file to download over night and still no movment from 0%. What could I do to fix it. Please have a look at the attached screenchots of some vuze tests.
