Vuze Configuration Settings for PIA /Windows 10 Upgrade Fail

Hi guys
Vuze has stopped downloading torrents since the Windows 10 upgrade and after troubleshooting a few solutions without much luck, I'd like to make sure Vuze is still set up correctly to work with PIA so I can start again...

Does anyone know where I can find those configuaration instructions?

Any other info on getting Vuze/PIA to work after the W10 updgrade would be apprciated too!

The individual proxy/VPN usually has instructions detailing how to use their product.  Have a poke around their website/forums.
