Vuze 5.7.2.0 jar file constantly being reinstalled

So it's been happening since 5.7.1.0, but essentially, every time I open Vuze, it will automatically force download Vuze 5.7.2.0 jar file and ask me to restart the program. I have so far done so at least 50 times over 6 months. However, the problem continues to exist. 


I have tried to delete and reinstall Vuze, delete the Jar file, or simply halting downloading... nothing works. 

Please help me.

5.7.3.0 is the latest version of Vuze - if you are installing that (e.g. from http://www.vuze.com)  and then 5.7.1.0 starts up then the new installation must be installing to a different location from the one you are running.
