Vpn auto connect?

Can't seem to find a way to have vuze auto "dial" a vpn connection? Am I missing it, or does vuze only have a million settings and not a million+1? If not any 3rd party tools, or does anyone know how to dial a vpn from a batch file? (windows 10 pptp/l2tp)

Forgot about "rasdial" here's a batch file if you want to do this..
rem Batch file to establish a VPN connection and open vuze enter your info for connection name/username/password rasdial connection name username password start "" CALL "C:\Program Files\Vuze\Azureus.exe" exit |
