Upload a working Kickass search template?

KAT search template is, once again, not working.

After many hours of trying to find a working KAT search template, I am asking that someone in the community please upload a WORKING KAT search template.  All the templates available from a Google search are 2-7 years old and do not work.  I have tried creating my own, but whether it is that I am not conversant in HTML or I am just screwing up, all my attempts have failed.
