You could try deleting the Vuze.app (ie. go to Applications, drag Vuze to the trash and empty the trash) or renaming it before running the install. That might help.

It could be a simple permissions error. Are you allowed to administer the computer? If you are not sure go to the finder. From the apple menu choose system preferences. Then choose users and groups. Near the bottom of the screen you will see three check boxes. Is the box labeled "Allow user to administer this computer" checked? If you are already an administrator on the computer you can then try what Arron suggested.
If not you will be unable to fix the permissions error in the manner which Arron suggested. You will need to log on as the owner/administrator of the computer and enable that option for the user you are trying to install Vuze with. In order to do that you might need to click on the lock at the bottom of the window and type the password of the currently logged on user. Then you can re-logon as yourself and go from there.
