UPnP disabled in Vuze, but appears to still be in use

Hello,

I have disabled all UPnP features on my network, and turned it off in vuze (even uninstalled the plugins) as I feel it is a security risk. Despite uninstalling the plugins and disabling all UPnP features in Vuze, I'm still picking up UPnP traffic coming out of the vuze executable. Why is this?
